Submittal Requirements for Plan Review

These directions are for submitting Building Plans to the Platteville/Gilcrest Fire Protection District.  

1. Complete the Plan Review Worksheet. All Plan Review Applications must be presented in person. Please refer to the Plan Review Fee Schedule. All fees shall be collected at time of application.
2. Submittals for new and remodel construction projects shall consist of one complete set of drawings, including cut sheets, calculations, and one electronic version.
3. Submittals for fire alarm and suppression systems shall consist of one complete set of drawings, including cut sheets, calculations, and one electronic version. Drawings shall have the stamp of a NICET III, or higher, for the appropriate field of engineering.
4. A copy of these drawings will need to be available at the job site for inspection and review.
