Emergency Alerts

CodeRed is an emergency notification system used to inform the public of immediate threats to health and safety.  Weld County residents are encouraged to sign up to receive these messages. Help us help you in an emergency.

Tornado Siren Warnings and Testing

May contain: outdoors, nature, sign, symbol, road sign, storm, and tornado

The siren tests run April to September the first Saturday of the month.
 
In the case of a real emergency and the siren goes off, please seek shelter in the inner most room or hallway of your residence, stay away from any windows, and please do not go outside. The siren warning is a 3-minute steady tone. It may be sounded multiple times. The “All Clear” is a 30 second up and down tone.
