Submittal Requirements for Plan Review

These directions are for submitting Building Plans to the Platteville/Gilcrest Fire Protection District.

1. Complete the Plan Review Worksheet.

2. Submittals for new and remodel construction projects shall consist of two full sets
   of construction documents having the wet stamp of a licensed Professional Engineer
   or Architect.  One set will not be returned.

3. Submittals for fire alarm and suppression systems shall consist of two complete sets including drawings, cut sheets, and calculations.  Drawings shall have the stamp of a NICET III, or higher, for the appropriate field of engineering. One set will not be returned.

4. A copy of these drawings will need to be available at the job site for inspection and review. 

All submittals need to be sent or delivered to the District Headquarters at the

Platteville Fire Station,
303 Main St.
